Why chatbots on WordPress usually end up half-finished
There are dozens of chatbots in the plugin directory; most either slow the site down or nobody trains them after install. It breaks in three places:
Speed
Heavy scripts hurt LCP; Core Web Vitals drop and SEO suffers. The widget has to load async and stay out of the theme's CSS.
Training burden
Installing is easy — but who writes what the bot should say? Most plugins leave that to the site owner, and the bot gives generic answers.
Maintenance
WordPress updates, the plugin doesn't, the widget breaks. Nobody's sure whose job it is.
Two ways to install, one bot
In the hosted version the bot runs on our servers and you only add the embed line. With the plugin everything stays inside your WordPress and runs on your own AI key.

Plugins → Add new → upload → activate. Pick the engine and enter the key on the settings page; the widget shows up on the site.
