Are the prices monthly or yearly?
Yearly. The $39.90 and $199 figures are the annual licence fee, not a monthly charge.
How long does setup take?
Adding it to your site is a single script tag. On WordPress the ready-made plugin takes a few minutes. Training the bot on your own data and preparing the content is our job.
Is there a message limit?
No. Messaging is unlimited on both plans; there is no extra charge as your visitor numbers grow.
Can the bot make things up?
No. It speaks only with the data you provide: your treatment list, price ranges, package scope and images. Liability-creating statements such as diagnosis, medication advice or guaranteed outcomes are filtered out.
Can I take over the conversation myself?
Yes. You get an instant Telegram notification and take over the chat live. The visitor carries on in the same window.
Where do the captured leads go?
To WhatsApp, e-mail, Google Sheets or your own CRM via webhook. Every conversation gets an intent score from 0 to 100, so you can prioritise serious enquiries.
Is it KVKK and GDPR compliant?
Yes. Explicit consent, data retention and deletion-request flows are defined. This is required for clinics accepting patients from Europe.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
